4G LTE model / wired connection required for protocol access
Important exception: Reolink documents CGI/RTSP/ONVIF support for TrackMix Wired LTE only when a wired connection is used.
What to expect
This is not the same product as the battery-powered TrackMix LTE. Do not assume that RTSP can be reached over its mobile-data connection.
Before you begin
- Confirm the exact wired LTE hardware model / firmware.
- Provide the wired network connection required by the manufacturer.
- Test RTSP locally before planning a Bridge installation.
Setup instructions
- Identify the model as TrackMix Wired LTE, not TrackMix LTE / LTE Plus.
- Connect it as specified by Reolink for wired protocol access.
- Enable RTSP and verify the stream on the same LAN.
- Use the Bridge workflow only if a local RTSP test passes.
Important limitations and safety
- Reolink lists the wired connection as a condition for this model’s RTSP support.
- A remote streaming service does not add a missing video protocol to an incompatible 4G camera.
